  The Star symbolises the De La Salle mission and all Christian Brothers’ Schools throughout the whole world.The Star is taken from the crest of the Institute of Christian Brothers. It stands for the faith of God.

  The closeness of the letter SMS (St. Michael’s School) reflects the close bond between the students and teachers.
  
  
• Wings and Spear
  The pair of wings and the spear form the symbol of St. Michael the Archangel.
  The spear also symbolise the success of good over evil.
